Once you’ve booked your skincare consultation, you’ll be assigned a personal skin specialist who’ll communicate with you via email and set up a video call. On the call, which lasts between 20 – 45 minutes, we’ll learn more about your medical history and determine what kind of skincare products will work best.
After the consultation, you’ll be provided with a detailed plan that your specialist will email to you. The plan will include an overview of what was discussed, a treatments options, product instructions and a follow up timeline.
If necessary, we’ll also advise on booking another consultation so we can monitor your skin progress and ensure the desired results are reached.

Once the appointment is made, we’ll send you a digital consultation form to fill out so our team can find out more about your current skincare regime and lifestyle habits.
We’ll also send an appointment confirmation email, which will include a link if you’re having a virtual consultation.
After the consultation, you’ll be sent a personalised skin plan including all ZO Skin Health products that have been recommended.
We recommend booking in a follow-up consultation 30 days after the initial session so you can discuss how your skin journey is progressing. You’re still free to contact your skincare consultant about any questions before then.
