Royal Mail Delivery Terms and Conditions (24 hours tracked delivery)
Orders placed before 1pm can be despatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Special delivery before 1pm is used with Royal Mail.
Tracking details may be given upon request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although a priority service is used with Royal Mail, Omniya clinic will not be held liable for any delays.
We do not accept the return of any opened products.
Changes to tracked delivery Guaranteed
From Thursday 24 December we reinstated our temporary timed guarantees for our Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm services. Find out more about previous Special Delivery Guaranteed changes.
For items posted from Thursday 24 December 2020 onwards, our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day will be by 4.00pm the next working day*.
This includes items where a Saturday guarantee has been purchased. *existing postcode exceptions apply
Due to the current coronavirus situation, we're no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020. The recipient's name and confirmation of delivery can still be viewed at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Working days are Monday-Friday.
We deliver throughout the UK. However, there are certain delivery restrictions in particular areas:

HS1, 3 - 9
IV21 - 28, 40 - 49, 51 - 56
KW1 - 3, 5 - 15
KW16 Stromness Town only
PA28 - 38, 41 - 49, 76, 77
PH15, 17 - 26, 31 - 40, 49, 50
We deliver within two working days by 5.30pm to the following postcodes areas:
PA60 - 75, 78
We deliver within three working days by 5.30pm to the following postcode areas:
KW16 - non Town
PH30, 41 - 44
At Omniya clinic we offer next working day delivery, in an exception that a Saturday delivery is requested, please note that some businesses won't accept Saturday deliveries, including:
Post Office® branches
We can't guarantee Saturday delivery to Herm, Sark and Alderney.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us for advice at email@example.com. Please ensure you include your order number on the email.
Any faulty products returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded. Any returns outside of this period will be replaced or refunded at our sole discretion.
If a parcel is unable to be delivered or is refused upon delivery attempt, it will be returned to Omniya Clinic within 5 working days. We will need to wait for the parcel to be returned before we can resend the item or refund the item if necessary.
Any items returned due to delivery failure will automatically be refunded for the value of the products only. If a parcel is accepted and needing to be returned, you will need to send it and pay for the delivery.
